  • Oasis High Art: A platform that represents artworks created by artists and facilitates its sale to Users.
  • Website: The online platform located at, where Users can browse and purchase artworks.
  • Customer: when this policy mentions “Customer,” “you,” “your”, it refers to a person or an entity making a purchase on the platform.
  • Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Oasis High Art and use the services.
  • Service: refers to the service provided by Oasis High Art as described in the Terms & Conditions policy.
  • You: a person or entity that is registered with Oasis High Art to use the Services.
  • Artwork: when this policy mentions “Artwork”, “product”,it refers to any original creation of art, including but not limited to paintings, sculptures, any pieces of wearable art, offered for sale on the Website.



Thanks for shopping at Oasis High Art, where we connect art enthusiasts with talented artists. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and responsibilities when purchasing art pieces through our platform.

By placing an order or making a purchase at Oasis High Art, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Oasis High Art’s Terms & Conditions.
Consumer rights are determined and protected by international laws and regulations, as well as the Constitution of Armenia and by the law “On Protection of Rights of Consumers” of Armenia․
If there’s something wrong with the artwork you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 7 days to issue a refund and return the artwork after receiving your order.
If you would like to return a product, please note that the product has to be in the same packaging we sent it.



At  Oasis High Art, our dedication to ensuring the highest standards in quality and  making sure every step of getting your art is top-notch. We're really careful about choosing the artworks we sell, making sure they're top quality. 
We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the artwork. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. However, in the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged artwork, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours after receiving the damaged artwork.
  • Attach clear photos that clearly showcase the damaged part(s) of the artwork.
  • After reviewing the photos and figuring out the details of the damage,  we might ask you to return the artwork within 14 days and provide us with the tracking number of the return shipment.

We will revise your returned artwork as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
In case the chosen artworks are not in stock or we face some issues with our inventory and quality check, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance and you will be refunded within 3 business days.



Oasis High Art is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.



By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.



Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you must discontinue using our services and you can delete your account by contacting us via email.



If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don't hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.
